28” waist can stretch up to 32”, 12.5” rise, 44” hip, 10.5” across thigh and 3” inseam. I would say these fit best for a S or M if you want them to be a more loose fit. These are silk with a cute front pocket. Elastic still in good shape. One small spot on back as shown.
