This dress comes with a shawl. It is a very small dress, best for XS petite - you could add additional fabric with the fabric from the shawl if you wanted it to be a larger size! No flaws to mention. Please note this does not fit me, I would need additional 2" in under just area and would fit better if the halter ties were extended.
